Access to ELI-ALPS facility, especially to its laboratories is controlled and limited to authorized personnel. Users’ access is coordinated by the User Office. Access is only allowed when the trainings required by the EHS Department based on the evaluation of the proposal are completed prior to entering the facility. Upon completion of trainings individuals will be provided with an access card. Personnel who have not completed the required trainings must be escorted while on site.
Access process of users is communicated and managed individually by the User Office.
Access to ELI-ALPS is only possible during operating hours.
Individuals are required to use the access cards provided by ELI-ALPS at each point of entry/exit and wear them in a visible manner. The only exception from the visibility regulations is when working in cleanrooms.
