The subject of the procurement procedure is the ten-year inspection and pressure testing of 289 fire extinguishing cylinders owned by the contracting authority, to be carried out in four consecutive phases. The contractor is responsible for the complete execution of the process, which includes the transportation of the cylinders to and from the site, their removal from and reinstallation into the system, including leak testing and commissioning. The scope of the work also covers the loading and unloading of the cylinders, disassembly of valves, removal of the gas contents, and preparation of the cylinders for pressure testing. The contractor must carry out the official inspection, perform the pressure tests, reassemble the valves, and check the seals. After refilling the extinguishing gas, the cylinders must undergo a leak test using an immersion bath method. Upon completion, the contractor must issue a certification document for each cylinder as well as a contractor’s declaration confirming the inspection has been performed. In the event that a valve shows signs of leakage after refilling, the contractor is also responsible for performing the necessary repairs using a valve repair (refurbishment) kit. The tenders received will be evaluated according to the evaluation criteria. The evaluation criteria are weighted as follows: price 90%, additional experience of the expert to be involved 5%, and additional warranty over 12 months 5%. In accordance with Article 7(1)(b) of the ELI ERIC Procurement Rules, the language of the procedure is Hungarian.
